Refund policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns(If Applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click"Continue"
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. lf your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request"
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Free returns are only available within the United States.

Notes
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;

*ITEM CAN BE DENIED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES IF:
1. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
2. Items with excessive wrinkling
3. Items covered in animal/human hair
4. Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.
5. Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant)
6. Any visible wear or damage, (not damage due to our error)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@yunogasports.com.
